Podemos utilizar estas dos tecnolog\u00edas para producir mini pantallas LED de peque\u00f1o espacio. Con una fiabilidad ultraelevada<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">La tecnolog\u00eda COB elimina el flujo del proceso de empaquetado del tubo emisor de luz SMD, la separaci\u00f3n de colores, el encintado y el parcheado, simplifica y mejora la fiabilidad del proceso de producci\u00f3n del producto. Mayor vida \u00fatil: Sin el soporte, el chip LED tiene menor resistencia al calor, lo que aumenta en gran medida su vida \u00fatil <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"2_COB_package_is_suitable_for_products_with_the_small_pixel_pitch\" style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>2. La tecnolog\u00eda COB no est\u00e1 limitada por el tama\u00f1o f\u00edsico, el soporte y el plomo del paquete de LED SMD, y puede superar el l\u00edmite de paso de SMD, lograr una mayor densidad de p\u00edxeles y tener un dise\u00f1o de paso de punto m\u00e1s flexible.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"3_COB_realizes_the_conversion_from_point_light_source_to_surface_light_source\" style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>3. En la COB de enlace por cable, tambi\u00e9n llamada (face-up cob o COB lateral), los chips LED se fijan directamente al sustrato mediante un adhesivo, y sus conexiones el\u00e9ctricas se realizan con cables finos. Este m\u00e9todo es bastante tradicional y se utiliza mucho por su rentabilidad y sencillez para conectar los chips LED a la electr\u00f3nica de control.  <\/p>\n<p>En cambio, <strong>el Flip chip COB<\/strong> consiste en montar el chip LED boca abajo sobre el sustrato, de modo que la luz emita desde la parte superior, haciendo contacto directo con el sustrato.
