Si stima che un dispositivo elettronico su cinque soffra di corrosione indotta dall&#8217;umidit\u00e0 in tutto il mondo. L&#8217;umidit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 anche compromettere la qualit\u00e0, la durata e l&#8217;esperienza d&#8217;uso dei display LED, causando colonne di pixel LED anormalmente luminosi e pixel morti.  <\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;umidit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 danneggiare il tuo videowall LED danneggiando i componenti critici, come le lampade e il circuito integrato. Questi componenti sono sensibili all&#8217;umidit\u00e0 e possono andare in cortocircuito o funzionare male. Questo pu\u00f2 portare al malfunzionamento del LED caterpillar, ovvero quando alcuni pixel del LED si accendono in modo casuale o non si accendono affatto. Funziona visualizzando uno schermo scuro e passando gradualmente a uno schermo pi\u00f9 chiaro. In questo modo, il circuito si riscalda lentamente e rimuove l&#8217;umidit\u00e0. Dovresti utilizzare questo servizio quando il tuo display LED \u00e8 stato esposto a un ambiente ad alta umidit\u00e0. Inoltre, dovresti evitare di utilizzare il tuo display LED in un ambiente umido per troppo tempo.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Quando uno schermo a LED non viene utilizzato, i LED iniziano ad assorbire l&#8217;umidit\u00e0 dall&#8217;aria, indipendentemente dal fatto che si tratti di uno schermo per interni o per esterni. Pi\u00f9 lungo \u00e8 il tempo e pi\u00f9 alta \u00e8 l&#8217;umidit\u00e0 dell&#8217;aria, pi\u00f9 umidit\u00e0 verr\u00e0 assorbita dal LED. Nei nostri manuali, abbiamo una raccomandazione in 12 fasi per riscaldare lo schermo (e quindi asciugare i LED): <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>&#8220;L&#8217;umidit\u00e0 ha bisogno di tempo per evaporare e uscire dal LED&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.roevisual.com\/uploads\/Images\/Blogs\/moisture-in-led-screen-roe-visual.jpg\" alt=\"Come gestire l'umidit\u00e0 negli schermi LED\" width=\"680\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In linea di massima, pi\u00f9 lento \u00e8 l&#8217;aumento e pi\u00f9 lungo \u00e8 il tempo che trascorri in ogni fase, meglio \u00e8. L&#8217;umidit\u00e0 ha bisogno di tempo per evaporare e uscire dal LED. Nel caso in cui non sia possibile seguire il programma di cui sopra, qualsiasi forma ridotta di questo programma \u00e8 meglio che non fare nulla.  <\/p>\n<p>Un esempio estremo di orario ridotto \u00e8 quello della prima accensione dello schermo in cantiere, quando la parete \u00e8 appena stata costruita. Non metterlo subito al 100%, ma inizia con una luminosit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 bassa e aumentala gradualmente.
