To calculate the size of your stage LED screen, you need to consider the aspect ratio and the screen height.The aspect ratio is the ratio of the width to the height of the screen. For example, a 16:9 aspect ratio means the width is 16 units and the height is 9 units. This is the most common aspect ratio for videos and displays. A 16:9 aspect ratio is ideal for your stage LED screen.

The screen height is the height of the screen from the bottom to the top. The screen height should be proportional to the distance from the screen to the last row of the audience. A good rule of thumb is to make the screen height between 1/6 and 1/10 of the distance. For instance, if the distance is 30 meters, the screen height should be between 3 meters and 4.9 meters.

There are usually two standard sizes for Event LED Display.

500x500mm; 500x1000mm are the most common size in the market with available pixel pitch:P1.9 ;P2.5; P2.6P2.97 ;P3.125 ;P3.91 ;P4.81;P5.95;P6.25;P7.81.

576x576mm Series :  P3 ; P6

512x512mm Series : P3

Smaller Cabinets size would be more flexible on the screen size on the height ,for example, with 500x500mm cabinet, you are able to build 1.5 meters;2.5 meters;3.5 meters. while with 500x1000mm cabinets . it will be only 1meter; 2 meters ;3 meters.etc, On the other hand, smaller cabinets will certainly increase the cost, as 4 cabinets 500x500mm require more connectors and receiving cards and locking systems.
