NATIONSTAR is a leading LED manufacturer that was founded in 1969 and started LED production in 1976. It has production bases in China, Germany, and the United States, covering a total area of 92,600㎡ and a building area of 199,000㎡.
NATIONSTAR specializes in manufacturing LED components and LED application products, such as outdoor transparent LED advertising solutions. It has achieved remarkable results in the global LED market, ranking the 8th in revenue and market share for LED packages (IHS Markit) in 2023, up from the 10th in 2017.
NATIONSTAR has a strong research and development team, consisting of about 700 engineers and technicians, including 15 PhD holders and 150 Master degree holders. They have contributed to the company’s innovation and patent portfolio, which includes nearly 400 authorized patents, among which 57 are invention patents.

Nationstar-led verification center
There are some factories selling the” Nationstar LEDs” to their customers, in fact, there are many other types on the market with inferior quality, and most of them are sold to the developing countries for their low price. Some of the factories use the same package, the model numbers to the customers, but replace it with other materials in production. It is really horrible.
For the past 3 years, we helped our customers to verify 158 pcs of fake events from 680 pcs delivery assistance.

Main Features of Nationsar led modules
• a). High contrast ratio: black substrate, black matte encapsulation process.
• b). High reliability: Anti-voltage, no leakage, failure rate <10PPM.
• c). Good consistency: scientific spectral screening, uniform color.
• d). Low gray and high brightness: high gray scale, natural and delicate picture quality.
• e). Large angle light: wide viewing angle, more than 120 ° large angle light distribution.
High Refresh rate
The refresh rate of an LED screen is the number of times per second that it updates the image on the display. The higher the refresh rate, the smoother and clearer the motion on the screen. A high refresh rate screen can reduce flickering and ghosting effects, which can cause eye strain and fatigue. You should look for a screen with a high refresh rate, preferably above 2880 Hz if the led screen is going to be taken video by the audience.
Color gamut
The color gamut of an LED screen refers to the range of colors that it can display. The wider the color gamut, the more colors and shades that the screen can reproduce. A wide-color gamut screen can show more realistic and natural colors than a narrow-color gamut screen. You should look for a screen with a wide color gamut, preferably covering at least 85% of the DCI-P3 color space. However, you should also check for color accuracy, as some screens may have a wide color gamut but poor color calibration.
